O グループ・グローバルでのコンプライアンスの推進
O グローバル経営におけるリーガルリスクマネジメント
【具体的業務】
主としてグループ全体（国内・海外地域統括会社、グループ会社を含めた）のコンプライアンス推進業務。
具体的には、以下業務における主担当、もしくはサポート
O グループ行動規範その他Legal所管の規定類の見直し及び周知活動
O グループ共通の研修の企画・推進
O グループ共通の内部通報窓口の運用
O 個別の内部通報案件への対応
O 内部通報案件データの分析・通報及び分析結果を受けたアクションプランの策定
O コンプライアンス問題への対応
O コンプライアンスサーベイの企画・実施
O サーベイ結果の分析・報告及び分析結果を受けたアクションプランの策定

Legal部門となります。
Legal部門全体９名：Head１名、メンバー８名
