・一定規模での改善施策の導入経験（課題特定、打ち手設定、実行、効果測定のサイクル実行の経験）
■ 応募資格（あれば尚可）
・コンサルティングファームやプロフェッショナルサービス業界での人材育成経験
・グローバル環境での業務経験
・Microsoft Power Platform、デジタルツール等を活用した業務効率化の経験
