予算および実績の財務分析・レポーティング業務を支援するとともに、予算策定、フォーキャスト、モデリング、財務データ分析を通じて事業計画の立案・実行をサポートいただきます。
・工場の予実管理、分析
・財務データの分析的レビューならびに報告（月次）
・月次の業績レポートを作成するとともに、アドホックな分析依頼に対応する。
・各種財務分析（データ収集・集計・分析）を実施し、各種調査業務を行う。
・省庁からの各種統計調査対応
・監査対応サポート（内部・外部監査対応）
・税務対応サポート
・経営情報データベースの管理・更新
※監査時は東京出張あり

Required Skills
・ファイナンスのバックグラウンドを有していること（必須）
・製造業でのファイナンス業務経験（必須）
・税務、監査経験者、または経験がなくとも学ぶ意欲を高くお持ちの方。（歓迎要件）
・OAスキルおよびBIツール（OBI等）の活用スキル（歓迎要件）
・英語中級
・漢字カタカナひらがなの読み書きを含むビジネスレベルの日本語運用能力
・表計算ソフトを用いた財務モデリングの基礎知識
・財務理論・原則、レポーティングおよび予算管理に関する知識を有し、統計分析に関する理解があること
