Required Skills
必須要件：
・事業会社における人事企画経験（主にタレントマネジメント・育成領域）
・論理的かつ批判的思考を持ち、多様な関係者と効果的に連携できる優れたコミュニケーション能力および対人スキル
・強力な問題解決能力および根本原因分析スキル
・ビジネスレベルの英語力（TOEIC 800点以上）および日本語力
歓迎要件：
・グローバル企業での5年以上のL Dもしくはタレントマネジメント経験
・チームリーダーの経験
・人事コンサルティングまたは人事関連の開発経験
・グローバル人事ポリシーの設計および導入経験
・IT関連企業での経験
