このポジションはR2Rプロセスの実務を担当し、IFRSおよび日本基準に基づく財務報告を正確かつタイムリーに対応します。また、社内外の関係者と連携しながら、業務改善や内部統制の強化を進めます。
業務内容
・月次決算業務（仕訳入力、勘定照合、分析）の実施
・仕訳、勘定照合および関連資料の作成
・売上、リベート、引当金等の会計処理の担当
・在庫・リース・固定資産・会社間取引のサポート
・財務分析および差異分析の実施
・法定財務諸表および関連資料作成の補助
・内部監査・外部監査対応
・システム導入等のプロジェクトへの参加
・会計メモ・業務ドキュメントの作成
・他部門との連携による業務改善および内部統制対応

必要な経験・スキル
・会計・財務諸表作成の実務経験 3・6年程度
・USCPA（科目合格含む）または日商簿記 2級以上
・SAPまたはその他のERPシステムおよびBIツールの使用経験
・Excelを使用した分析業務の経験
・英語：ビジネスレベル（会議、メールを通じて海外関係者と円滑にコミュニケーションできること）
・日本語：ネイティブレベルまたは同等レベル
・分析力・問題解決能力
・チームワークを重視し協働できる方
歓迎する経験・スキル
・国際的な環境、マトリックス組織での経験
・公認会計士またはMBA
・監査法人・会計事務所での経験
・製造業での経験
