・医薬品事業開発分野の実務経験（5年以上が目安）

・クロスファンクショナルチームのリード経験（海外との経験があれば尚可）
（戦略思考力、交渉力、コミュニケーション能力、ファナンス知識、語学力）
WANT
・チームマネジメント経験（数名規模でも可）
・M Aまたは投資案件への関与経験
（サイエンスの理解、バイオ医薬品製造工程の理解）
