【業務内容】
・OEM車両開発推進時における、本社および各拠点のエンジニアリング部門と顧客との間に入ったエンジニアリングサポート
・本社および他拠点作成のアウトプット（３Dデータ、説明資料等、各OEMでプロジェクト推進に必要とされる資料）がOEMの要求に合致しているかの確認と指導
・BIWチームのリーダーとして設計業務を推進する
・顧客から頂いた作業内容をマグナシュタイヤ本社および各拠点のエンジニアリング部門への的確な指示伝達
・電話または TV会議のアレンジ、ファシリテート（含む通訳）、アフターフォロー種々業務
・顧客、本社エンジニアリング部門とのワークショップのアレンジ、参加、ファシリテート（含む通訳）

【必須】
・自動車業界にて、BIW（車体）のフルモデルチェンジの経験/車両開発プロジェクトマネージメント経験（ゲート、デリバラブル、スケジュール、予算管理等）
・BIWの設計知識
・外資サプライヤー/OEMとの協業経験（～15年の経験目安）
・自動車開発のプロセスの熟知（開発キックオフ～SOPまで）
・英語/日本語ビジネス
