適性により、コーポレートガバナンスマネジメント業務の一部を担当

リーガルサービス業務：法務相談、各種契約（英文含む）ドラフト作成、契約審査、訴訟を含む係争の対応等
【期待する役割】
法務グループに所属し、部長相当職（グループリーダー）もしくは課長職にて即戦力のプレイヤーとしての各種案件等への法務対応に加え、法務グループのリーダーとして、グループ内外からの信頼を得て業務改善等に取り組み、組織強化への貢献も期待する。
