【業務内容】
■FP A関連
・予算策定（年間計画及び四半期予算）の主導
・中期計画の策定支援
・月次予実管理および差異分析
・事業業績最大化に向けたアクションの検討
・業績見込策定、KPI設計
・経営へのレポート、各部門との連携による収益改善提案、投資効果の分析
■経理
・月次・四半期・年次決算の統括
・会計基準対応、監査法人対応、内部統制業務サポート
■組織マネジメント
・チームマネジメント
・部署のビジョンや年度の方針・計画を策定
