新設する研究棟において、ラボの戦略的運営と研究推進をリードするラボマネージャーを募集します。本ポジションは、単なる管理職ではなく、自ら最前線で成果を創出しながら組織全体を牽引する中核人材としての役割を担います。
■プレイヤーとしての役割（コア責務）
・主に神経領域における評価系の構築とスクリーニングを高い再現性・精度で実行
・技術的ボトルネックの特定と解決、研究戦略の主導
・自らがベンチマークとなり、研究水準を引き上げる
■マネージャーとしての役割（統括責務）
・若手研究員の育成・評価を通じた組織力の底上げ
・ラボオペレーション全体の最適化（安全・設備・コスト・品質）
