Field Medical Strategy Headとして治療領域横断でMSLチームのパフォーマンス管理・育成をリードしていただく、マネジメントポジションです。
●MSLコーチングにおけるAI Coaching Frameworkおよび策定CRM基盤を活用したデータドリブンなMSLマネジメントの推進
●訪問数KPIから「HCP行動変容・エビデンス影響度」重視への評価体系の構築
●MA Strategy Headとの連携によるMSL活動とTA戦略の統合をリード
●Commercial・R D・ITとのクロスファンクショナル連携の推進をリード
●Medical Affairs Field活動をビジネスインパクト最大化に導く新モデルの構築をサポート

【必須要件】
・学歴・専攻：医学・薬学・生命科学系学士以上
・経験業界（年数）・職種（年数）
・内容：
MSLとしての実務経験10年以上、うちシニアMSLまたはMSLリーダー経験3年以上
Veeva CRM等のMSL向けCRMシステムの実務活用経験
Commercial・R D・ITとのクロスファンクショナル連携プロジェクト推進経験
・語学・資格：ビジネスレベル英語（Alliance Partner対応・英語資料作成）
・その他：直接部下5名以上のチームマネジメント経験5年以上
【歓迎要件】
・学歴・専攻：大学院博士課程 （PhD）取得が望ましい
・経験業界（年数）・職種（年数）・内容：
MSLとして3TA以上の疾患領域経験が望ましい
BI tools（Tableau・PowerBI等）の基本操作、CRMデータを用いたパフォーマンス分析の実務経験
・語学・資格：コーチング資格（ICF認定等）または相当の実践経験、薬剤師資格
