全国複数ホテルの収益最大化を目的とし、価格戦略および販売戦略の立案・実行を担うポジションです。
各拠点のGMや関連部門と連携し、データ分析をベースにした意思決定をリードしていただきます。

職務内容
全国ホテルの業績データ（稼働率、ADR、RevPAR等）の収集・分析
価格戦略および販売戦略の立案・実行
GMや各拠点担当者との連携および戦略推進
セールス・予約チームとの協働による料金設定・更新
市場・競合動向の分析および価格ポジショニングの最適化
フォーキャスト作成およびレポーティング
レベニュー関連ミーティングのファシリテーション
