- 予算策定およびフォーキャストの推進・精緻化
- 各事業部門との連携による財務分析・意思決定支援
- 経営陣向けのレポーティングおよび分析資料作成
- 予算実績差異分析およびコスト最適化の提案
- アドホック分析や財務モデル構築
