職務内容:
- 事業目標に基づく中長期的な戦略の策定と実行
- レビュー制度や1on1等の全体的な制度の実行支援とサポート
- 労務関連課題や高難度の従業員対応案件の適切な解決
- HRISや定量データを活用した施策立案と実行
- 採用、タレントレビュー、サクッションプラン、オンボーディング支援
必須要件:
- HRBPにおける関連業務経験5年以上
- 外資系企業、またはグローバル環境でのHRBP経験
- タレントマネジメント、組織設計・再編、オンボーディング、労務対応等の領域での実務経験
- ビジネスレベルの日本語力
歓迎要件:
- 英語力
