HRBPとして事業部門と密に連携し、組織課題の特定から施策実行・改善までをリードします。人事業務全般と組織開発を通じて、ビジネス成果の最大化に貢献いただくポジションです。

職務内容
・担当部門と連携し、組織課題の抽出および改善施策の推進
・採用・育成・評価・配置を含む、人事業務全般の企画および実行
・人事制度の運用および継続的な改善提案
・全社プロジェクトへの参画および施策の推進支援
・人事データの収集・分析およびレポート作成
・労務管理および各種コンプライアンス対応の実施
