ネットワーク／セキュリティ／クラウド運用を軸に、本社と国内関係者の橋渡し役として、変更管理やインシデント対応を推進します。
プロジェクト参画を含め、設計レビューから移行・テスト、改善提案まで幅広く関与いただきます。

職務内容
■運用業務
・変更作業の依頼、調整、テスト実施
・インシデント調査および本社へのエスカレーション
・原因分析および再発防止策の策定
■プロジェクト業務
・RFP/RFQの作成
・設計レビュー、関係部門との調整
・移行・テスト対応
・スケジュール／課題管理
■共通業務
・本社向け資料作成、会議参加
