- セキュリティサービス提供における顧客および社内横断チームの窓口業務
- 顧客の技術・ビジネス要件を理解し、成功に向けた支援を推進
- プロダクトチームと連携し、顧客フィードバックを反映
- 他部門と協働し、デリバリー全体の進行・品質を管理
- 技術専門家と協力し課題解決および価値提供を実施
