Cybersecurity Project Manager Exclusive job

We are looking for a Project Manager to work on integrated security projects spanning multiple security domains, supporting the strengthening of global security for major Japanese corporate clients.

Project Overview: This project is a managed service for a major steel trading company. Currently, the team provides various operational services globally, including EDR, ASM, and vulnerability assessments, primarily using CrowdStrike. The team is also continuously proposing, introducing, and deploying new security solutions and services.

As a Project Manager, you will work in collaboration with the Delivery Manager and global team members to provide various services to the client and be responsible for strengthening global security. You will also propose ongoing security enhancement measures.

Required Skills and Experience:

Leadership

• Ability to define and share a vision and goals for solving customer challenges.
• Ability to guide customers and internal stakeholders toward successful outcomes.

Technical Background:

• Cybersecurity expertise is not mandatory.
• Interest in cybersecurity and willingness to learn.
• Experience in IT infrastructure, network design and management, customer support, or IT service delivery is preferred.
• Experience with cybersecurity products, pre-sales activities, SOC, or MSS is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, SANS, or equivalent.
• Experience in Manufacturing, High-Tech, or Financial Services industries is a plus.
• Complete cybersecurity expertise is not required at the time of joining, as training and coaching are available internally.
