プロダクト開発チームのマネジメントと開発の両方に関与するエンジニアリングマネージャーポジションです。
チーム運営・技術意思決定・開発改善を通じて、プロダクトの価値最大化を担う役割です。

職務内容
- 開発チームのマネジメント（1on1・評価・育成）
- チーム体制・開発プロセスの設計・改善
- PdM・Bizとの連携による仕様検討
- 技術選定・アーキテクチャ設計のリード
- プロダクト開発（設計・実装・運用）への関与
- 開発文化・組織づくりの推進
