本ポジションは、国内会計業務を中心に財務オペレーションを支援しながら、グローバルチームと連携して経験を積めるジュニア向けの経理職です。将来的には担当範囲を広げ、ファイナンス領域でのキャリア成長が期待されます。

職務内容
- 月次、四半期、年次決算業務のサポート
- 財務報告および日常的な経理オペレーションの補助
- 法定報告対応の支援
- 監査および税務関連業務のサポート
- 内部統制対応（JSOX）への関与
- シェアードサービスチームとの連携による業務最適化
- 財務プロセス改善プロジェクトへの参加
※経験に応じて、徐々に業務範囲を拡大予定
