- クライアント対応およびリレーションシップ管理
- ファンドのオンボーディングおよびオペレーション構築
- 業務プロセスの改善およびコンプライアンス対応
- NAVや財務諸表、各種レポートのレビュー
- 投資家対応業務（キャピタルコール、分配、AML/KYC）の統括
- 監査対応および関係者との連携
- チームメンバーの指導・育成・評価
- 業務効率化および内部統制強化の推進
