大手金融グループのホールディングスにて、生命保険事業の利益構造を可視化・分析するFP&Aポジションです。収益ドライバーを分解し、経営層の意思決定を支える高度な分析業務を担います。

国内大手の金融グループにおけるホールディングス企業。複数の保険事業を統括し、経営管理の高度化を推進しています。現在、FP&A機能を「データ」「分析」「戦略」に再編し、データドリブン経営への変革を進めているフェーズです。
職務内容
- 利益要因分析（死亡率、費用、運用収益など）
- 予算と実績、前年比の差異分析
- ALM（資産負債管理）の分析業務
- 経費配分ルールの可視化・整備
- アクチュアリーとの連携による分析高度化
- 経営層向けレポーティングの作成
