本ポジションは、FP&Aの最上流として分析に留まらず、経営に対して「次に何をすべきか」を提言する戦略パートナーの役割です。データ・分析・戦略を一気通貫でつなぎ、中期経営・資本配分・M&Aの意思決定に直接関与します。

外資系大手金融グループ傘下の日本統括持株会社です。国内複数の生命保険事業を統括し、高い顧客志向と高付加価値サービスで知られるリーディングカンパニーです。現在はFP&A機能を再編し、データ基盤から戦略意思決定までを一体化する変革フェーズにあります。
職務内容
- 経営層への意思決定支援（資本配分、M&A、新規事業）
- シナリオ分析（例：金利変動、死亡率変動、M&Aシミュレーション）
- グループ会社のCFO/CEOとのディスカッション・調整
- 中期経営計画および資本政策の立案
- 分析結果を意思決定に繋がるストーリーへ転換
