Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Understand and prioritize requests from business users
- Lead responses to incidents in the production environment
- Effectively communicate and liaise with both our internal users and external partners
- Investigate and promptly resolve any system issues to maintain high levels of efficiency and minimize any potential risks

Required Skills

- Positive and strong interpersonal skills in Business English and Business Japanese
