Job Description
【仕事内容】
• マレーシア拠点における半導体製造装置組立事業の統括責任者
• 組立・生産管理・調達の全体マネジメント
• 生産計画、進捗管理、納期管理の推進
• 組立現場における技術指導・トラブルシューティング（ハンズオン対応）
• 品質・納期・コスト（QDC）の達成責任
• 日本顧客および日本本社との主要窓口
• 進捗報告、技術課題、設計変更、リスク管理の調整・対応
• 組立工程の改善、標準化、Lean/Kaizen推進
• 組織構築およびチームマネジメント
【給与】
月給 最大RM20,000（経験・スキルにより応相談）

Required Skills
＜必須＞
• 半導体製造装置の組立・製造・据付いずれかの経験 10年以上
• 製造現場または組立部門のマネジメント経験 5年以上
• 装置組立の実務経験（ハンズオン対応が可能な方）
• 顧客対応経験（進捗・技術・納期調整など）
• 日本語：ビジネスレベル以上（N1相当またはネイティブ）
• 英語：ビジネスレベル
＜歓迎＞
• 洗浄装置、搬送装置、検査装置、プロセス装置などの経験
• 日系メーカーでの勤務経験
• 海外工場立ち上げ・移管プロジェクト経験
• 日本顧客との直接折衝経験
