Kubernetesを中心としたコンテナオーケストレーション環境の構築・運用に加え、仮想化基盤やクラウドインフラの安定稼働と最適化をご担当いただきます。

We are partnering with a leading telecommunications and technology company to hire a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to support the design, operation, and automation of large-scale private cloud and containerized infrastructure platforms.

In this role, you will work on modern cloud-native technologies, helping to build and maintain highly available infrastructure supporting millions of users. You will collaborate closely with platform engineers and development teams to optimize cloud environments, automate operations, and enhance platform reliability.

This position is ideal for professionals with expertise in Cloud Infrastructure, Kubernetes, Linux, DevOps, Platform Engineering, Virtualization, and Infrastructure Automation.

• Manage, maintain, and optimize private cloud and virtualized infrastructure environments.
• Design, deploy, and support containerized applications and Kubernetes-based platforms.
• Collaborate with development and platform teams to streamline application onboarding and deployment processes.
• Monitor infrastructure performance, availability, and system health using observability tools.
• Investigate and resolve infrastructure and platform-related incidents.
• Improve platform reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency.
• Automate infrastructure management tasks and operational workflows.
• Support infrastructure modernization and cloud-native transformation initiatives.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.

• インフラエンジニアまたはクラウドエンジニアとしての実務経験
• Linux（RHEL系）の深い知識・運用経験
• 仮想化・クラウドインフラの構築・運用経験
• インフラ障害対応・トラブルシューティング経験
• システムの安定運用に関する技術的理解

• 複雑なインフラ課題を論理的に切り分ける問題解決力
• 開発・プラットフォームチームとの円滑なコミュニケーション能力
• 継続的改善・自動化志向
• 技術的内容を整理しドキュメント化する能力

• 日本語：日常会話レベル（但し、日英バイリンガルは優遇）
• 英語：ビジネスレベル以上

• Kubernetesの構築・運用経験
• Terraform / Ansible などIaCツールの利用経験
• Prometheus / Grafana など監視ツールの経験
• CI/CDパイプライン構築経験

• Experience in Infrastructure Engineering, System Administration, or Cloud Platform Operations.
• Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems, particularly RHEL-based distributions such as Red Hat Enterprise Linux or Rocky Linux.
• Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure, virtualization, and container technologies.
• Experience supporting enterprise infrastructure environments.
• Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and performance analysis capabilities.
• Experience working in highly available production environments.

• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration platforms.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
• Experience with monitoring and observability platforms including Prometheus and Grafana.
• Familiarity with DevOps methodologies and CI/CD pipeline implementation.
• Experience with cloud-native architecture and automation frameworks.
• Experience supporting large-scale telecommunications or technology platforms.
