• コアネットワークインフラの設計・構築・標準化の推進
• ネットワーク機器のライフサイクル管理およびアーキテクチャ設計
• 新技術の評価およびPoC（Proof of Concept）の実施
• ネットワーク障害の調査・原因分析・再発防止策の策定
• 大規模ネットワーク環境におけるパフォーマンス最適化
• プロジェクトスコープ定義、コスト見積（BOM/工数）および費用対効果分析
• ジュニアエンジニアの育成・技術メンタリング

Join a global technology leader as a Senior Network Engineer, responsible for designing, implementing, securing, and optimizing large-scale global network infrastructure supporting hundreds of millions of users worldwide.

In this role, you will lead network architecture initiatives, drive infrastructure modernization projects, evaluate emerging technologies, and provide technical leadership across multicultural engineering teams. You will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, scalability, performance, and security of mission-critical global backbone networks.

• Design, plan, and deploy core network infrastructure and architecture standards.
• Lead network device lifecycle management and infrastructure modernization initiatives.
• Evaluate emerging networking technologies through Proof of Concept (PoC) testing.
• Define project scope, prepare cost estimates, and perform cost-benefit analyses.
• Lead network implementation and transformation projects across global environments.
• Investigate complex network incidents and perform detailed root cause analysis.
• Develop and implement solutions to improve network performance, availability, and security.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and training to junior engineers.
• Act as the Network Subject Matter Expert (SME) across cross-functional teams.
• Participate in on-call support and emergency response activities.

必須条件 経験・資格：

• CCIE / JNCIE相当のネットワーク専門知識または資格
• ネットワーク設計・構築・運用経験（10年以上）
• 大規模・マルチベンダー環境でのネットワーク運用経験
• ネットワーク障害対応およびトラブルシューティング経験
• プロジェクトリードまたはエンジニアリングチームマネジメント経験（5年以上）
• ファイアウォールやセキュリティ機器（例：Juniper SRX）の運用経験

• 複雑なネットワーク要件を構造化し、関係者に説明できる能力
• 障害の予兆を捉え、予防的に改善を行うプロアクティブな思考
• マルチカルチャー環境でのリーダーシップおよび調整力
• 技術的判断をビジネスインパクトに翻訳する能力

• 日本語：ビジネスレベル以上
• 英語：ビジネスレベル（グローバルチームとのコミュニケーションあり）

• AWS / Azure / GCP などクラウドネットワーク設計経験
• ネットワーク自動化ツールの開発・運用経験
• Python / Bash / Java / Ruby 等によるスクリプト開発経験
• DevOps環境でのインフラ運用経験
• 大規模トラフィック環境でのバックボーンネットワーク経験

• Expert-level networking knowledge equivalent to CCIE or JNCIE certification.
• 10+ years of experience designing, implementing, and operating multi-vendor network environments.
• 5+ years of experience leading network projects and engineering teams.
• Extensive experience troubleshooting large-scale, high-traffic network infrastructures.
• Hands-on experience with network security technologies and firewalls, including Juniper SRX.
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale or service provider network environments.
• Strong understanding of network architecture, routing, switching, and security principles.
