職務内容
- ビジネスKPI・業務プロセスの理解および課題特定
- カタログデータ活用におけるボトルネック分析と戦略立案
- ステークホルダーへのヒアリングによる要件定義・構造化
- SQLや統計手法を用いた大規模データ分析およびインサイト抽出
- BIツールを用いたダッシュボード構築・改善
- 分析結果に基づく施策提案（運用改善、プロダクト改善など）
- 効果検証およびPDCAの推進
- プロダクトマネージャー、エンジニア、オペレーションチームとの連携

- データ分析の実務経験5年以上
- ビジネス要件のヒアリングおよび要件定義の経験
- 課題特定から施策提案・実行までリードした経験
- 高度なSQLスキル（複雑なクエリ、パフォーマンス最適化）
- BIツール（Tableau、Looker等）の実務経験
- 日本語：流暢
- 英語：日常会話レベル
- 統計学の知見、A/Bテスト設計・評価経験
- PythonまたはRを用いた分析経験
- 大規模DWH（BigQuery、Snowflake等）の利用経験
- データガバナンスの知識
- 不確実性の高い環境で主体的に推進できる能力
