Description
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Java (Spring Boot) in a microservices architecture
- Translate complex business requirements into robust technical designs and clean, efficient code
- Own the full development lifecycle: architecture, development, testing, deployment, and operations
- Ensure system stability by identifying root causes and leading issue resolution
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering teams in an international environment
- Propose and implement new technologies to improve system performance and development efficiency

Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Java development within microservices environments
- Strong experience with REST APIs, OpenAPI, ORM frameworks, and database schema design
- Advanced SQL skills, including complex queries and performance considerations
- Proven ability to evaluate technical trade-offs and design scalable systems
- Experience with unit testing frameworks (e.g., JUnit)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
- Business-level English proficiency
- Experience with cloud platforms (preferably GCP)
- Knowledge of performance tuning across infrastructure, OS, DB, and application layers
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins)
- Frontend experience (TypeScript, React, Next.js, etc.)
