Our client, a rapidly expanding company in the tourism industry, is seeking an Experience (Store) Manager to lead their innovative cultural experience studios for international visitors. This role offers the unique opportunity to create unforgettable experiences, implement your ideas directly, and grow in a fast-paced environment at the intersection of culture and entertainment. The position offers a competitive salary of ¥300,000–¥500,000 per month, full social insurance, and transportation coverage.

Key Responsibilities:


- Manage daily store operations and sales KPIs
- Hire, train, and lead store staff
- Improve customer experience in cultural activities
- Build and optimize store operations
- Implement innovative ideas for cultural experiences
- Engage with international customers

Qualifications:


- Professional English proficiency
- Fluent Japanese proficiency
- Experience in retail or store operations is preferred but not mandatory
- Team management experience is preferred but not mandatory
- Experience in cultural or experiential tourism is preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
