- 本番システムのデータ更新および維持（バッチ設定・実行・監視）
- インシデント対応の主導および再発防止の推進
- データ課題・顧客エスカレーションへの対応と改善
- 検索システムのパフォーマンス改善
- 法改正・環境変更に伴うデータ基盤の更新
- 運用自動化・効率化の推進
- 開発チームへの運用設計支援
