An established hospitality organization is seeking an F&B Manager to oversee food and beverage operations at a premium hotel property in Kyoto. This position offers the opportunity to lead service teams, enhance guest experiences, and contribute to the continued success of a high-quality hospitality environment.


業務内容
 

• - ダイニングアウトレットおよびゲストサービスエリアにおけるF&B業務の管理
• - F&Bチームの指導・育成し、サービス基準の維持
• - メニューの企画と季節ごとの提供の計画
• - ゲストのフィードバックに基づくサービス改善の実施
• - 衛生基準および会社方針の遵守
• - 収益成長と運営効率向上のための取り組み
• - スタッフの管理、スケジューリング、部門パフォーマンスの監督

• Oversee daily food and beverage operations across multiple dining outlets and guest service areas
• Lead, coach, and develop F&B team members to maintain high service standards
• Collaborate with culinary teams on menu planning and seasonal offerings
• Monitor guest feedback and implement service improvements where appropriate
• Ensure consistent delivery of quality service and guest satisfaction
• Maintain compliance with operational procedures, hygiene standards, and company policies
• Support revenue growth and operational efficiency initiatives within the F&B department
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and departmental performance

応募資格
 

• - ビジネスレベル以上の日本語能力
• - ホスピタリティ、ホテル、または高級サービス環境でのF&B管理経験
• - リーダーシップとチーム管理能力
• - コミュニケーション能力とゲストサービススキル
• - ホスピタリティ業務の理解
• - ソムリエ認定またはワイン関連資格は優遇
• - 日本のホスピタリティとサービス文化への理解
• - 京都での勤務が可能な方
