- 日本全体のHR戦略および人事アジェンダの統括
- タレントレビュー、評価、報酬、人員計画の企画・実行
- 経営層に対するHRビジネスパートナーとしての戦略提言
- 複雑な人材課題への対応および意思決定支援
- APAC HRおよびグローバルチームとの連携
- データに基づく人事施策の企画・実行
- 組織・人材の最適化およびパフォーマンス向上の推進
