Lead the design and delivery of scalable, high-performance frontend systems, managing architecture decisions and overseeing the full development lifecycle from concept to release. • Lead the design and delivery of scalable, high-performance frontend systems, ensuring alignment with business priorities and tight timelines
• Define frontend architecture for high-traffic web applications, making decisions focused on scalability, maintainability, and long-term growth
• Own the full development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and release of new and existing backend features
• Mentor and guide engineering teams, resolving complex technical challenges, with added strength from 6+ years of frontend experience

• Proven experience in frontend development and architecture for high-traffic, scalable web systems
• Strong decision-making skills with a focus on scalability, maintainability, and long-term technical strategy
• Hands-on expertise across the full development lifecycle, with the ability to deliver under tight deadlines
• Solid frontend background (6+ years), enabling effective collaboration and a holistic approach to full-stack development
• AI experience (Claude code, MCP server, etc)
