・お客様の声をもとにした各ビジネス領域における業務変革テーマ（課題）の定義・詳細化
・IT技術を活用した業務変革プロジェクトの設計と推進
・プロジェクトロードマップの策定
・社内外ステークホルダーとのコミュニケーション、マネジメント
・プロトタイプ作成やシステム実装実務のリード
・リソース、リスク管理などプロジェクト全体のマネジメントとリード
・お客様や活用する現場の声をもとにしたシステム運用改善
・グローバル事業へのロールアウト・定着化
