Description
- ビジネスリーダーへのHRパートナーとしての戦略提案（組織設計・人員計画・後継者計画）
- 人事業務全般の統括（給与計算、評価制度、報酬・福利厚生、コンプライアンス）
- 採用活動およびオンボーディングプロセスの推進
- 従業員対応および労務問題の解決（労働法遵守含む）
- APAC HRとの連携およびグローバルポリシーの運用
- ローカル組織における人事プロセスの改善・最適化
