職務内容
- フリート需給管理および日常オペレーションの統括
- Hire Desk（受注調整・配車管理等）機能のマネジメント
- 3PL（物流パートナー）との関係構築および改善推進
- 輸送・配送・在庫を含む物流全体の最適化
- フリート配置・稼働率の改善およびコスト管理
- 北アジアおよびAPACチームとの定期連携・調整
- KPI設計・モニタリングおよび継続的改善の推進
- チーム（3名）の育成および日常業務サポート
- バックアップ物流やリスクヘッジの戦略立案
