職務内容
- 投資先企業のリサーチ及び分析
- 投資案件の評価及びデューデリジェンスのサポート
- 投資契約の作成及び交渉の補助
- 投資先企業とのコミュニケーション、モニタリング、及びサポート業務
- 業界トレンドの調査及びレポート作成
- イベント等に参加し、認知度向上やネットワーキングへの貢献
- クライアント企業へのCVC戦略の策定支援 / 伴走支援
- クライアント企業へのハンズオンでのコンサルティング（経営戦略立案/スタートアップとの案の構想/クライアントの投資領域に該当するスタートアップのリサーチ/ソーシング/出資・資本業務提携支援）
