職務内容
現場ソリューション事業の経理・財務領域を統括し、事業責任者と連携しながら経営管理を推進していただきます。
主な業務内容：
- 決算業務（⽉次・四半期・年次）の統括、監査対応、会計論点の判断
- 管理会計（FP&A）：予算策定、業績分析、KPI管理、フォーキャスト精度向上
- プロジェクト別の収益管理、原価管理、リスク検知と改善提案
- キャッシュフロー改善、内部統制・コンプライアンス強化
- 組織マネジメントおよび業務プロセス改善

勤務地：東京・神奈川（リモートワーク可、週3日出社）
勤務時間：フレックス制
