M&Aおよびアライアンスに関する案件を、初期検討からPMIまで一貫してリードします。
社内外ステークホルダーと連携しながら、事業会社の立場で経営課題の解決に取り組むポジションです。

職務内容
M&A案件における一連の業務
- 初期検討、事業分析、事業計画検証
- デューデリジェンス、バリュエーション
- 契約交渉、クロージング対応
- PMI・TSA対応
外部アドバイザーおよび社内関係部署のマネジメント・調整
経営会議向け資料の作成および説明
- M&A前段階の事業支援・戦略プロジェクトへの参画
