このポジションでは、経営戦略およびM&Aに関するプロジェクトの推進と管理を担当していただきます。国内外案件のソーシング、デューデリジェンス、ディール交渉、統合支援までをPMOとしてリードします。

職務内容
- M&A／事業提携戦略の立案および実行推進
- 案件ソーシングおよびターゲット企業の選定
- デューデリジェンス（事業・財務・法務等）の統括（PMO）
- スキーム構築、価格交渉、契約締結などディール実行
- PMI（統合計画）の策定およびシナジー創出支援
- 社内外ステークホルダー（投資銀行、弁護士、事業部等）との連携
※戦略〜実行〜統合までプロジェクト全体をリードする役割です。
条件・待遇
想定年収：550万円〜1,260万円（経験に応じて決定）
フレックスタイム制／在宅勤務制度（週1日程度）
年間休日125日／完全週休2日制
