沖縄を拠点とする著名な酒造・飲料企業が、経営企画担当者を募集しています。このポジションでは、アルコール飲料、ソフトドリンク、観光、ホテルといった多岐にわたる事業セグメントにおける戦略的プランニングに携わる機会があり、ガバナンスや資本市場コミュニケーションのサポートも行います。


業務内容:
 

• KPIの設計と監視を通じた複数事業セグメントの管理
• 中期経営計画の策定支援
• 企業ガバナンス体制の強化
• 資金調達施策の企画・実行
• 資本投資やM&Aに関する財務分析
• 機関投資家やアナリスト向け説明会の運営
• 経営陣や取締役会の会議サポート

応募資格:
 

• 事業会社での経営企画や財務の経験
• 上場企業またはIPO準備企業での実務経験
• 連結会計および管理会計の知識
• 資金調達および銀行との関係構築の知識
• ビジネスレベルの英語力
• 沖縄在住または転居可能な方
• KPIの設計・監視経験

Our client, a renowned brewery and beverage company in Okinawa, is seeking a Corporate Planning Staff member to join their team. This role offers the chance to engage in strategic planning across diverse business segments, including alcoholic beverages, soft drinks, tourism, and hotels, while supporting governance and capital market communications.


Key Responsibilities:


- Design and monitor KPIs for multiple business segments
- Support medium-term business plan development
- Enhance corporate governance framework
- Plan and execute financing initiatives
- Provide financial analysis for capital investments and M&A
- Organize briefings for institutional investors and analysts
- Support management and Board of Directors meetings


Qualifications:


- Experience in corporate planning or finance within an operating company
- Practical experience at a listed company or IPO-preparing company
- Knowledge in consolidated and management accounting
- Knowledge in fundraising and bank relations
- Business-level English proficiency
- Currently based in Okinawa or willing to relocate
- Experience with KPI design and monitoring
