本ポジションは、日本における不動産投資関連の会計・財務・税務・予算管理を担当します。社内外の関係者と連携しながら、安定した財務運営と戦略的なプロジェクト支援を行います。

職務内容
- 担当ポートフォリオにおける会計・財務・税務業務の管理
- 外部パートナーと連携し、各種レポーティングの品質と期限を確保
- 財務諸表・税務関連資料のレビューおよび管理
- 月次・四半期・年次決算業務のサポート
- 予算策定およびフォーキャストの作成・管理
- 社内外ステークホルダーとの調整・コミュニケーション
- 投資関連プロジェクトや業務改善への参画
- 会計基準および社内ルールへの適合性の確

Required Skills
- 不動産または金融業界での会計・財務・監査経験
- 複雑な会計処理や投資ストラクチャーへの理解があれば尚可
- 公認会計士資格または同等の資格があれば尚可
- IFRSや日本基準等の会計知識
- ERP等の財務システム経験があれば尚可
- 主体的に業務を推進できる方
- 関係者と円滑にコミュニケーションが取れる方
- マネジメント経験があれば歓迎
