- ソフトウェア／システムに関する高度な技術サポート（電話・リモート・オンサイト）
- OSアップグレード、製品・パッチ導入支援および不具合対応
- 重大インシデントのエスカレーションおよび解決プロセスの管理
- 製品評価、新製品リリース時の技術的フィードバック提供
- 定期点検計画・ロケット打上げ支援スケジュールの管理
