※大阪本社での3ヶ月～6ヶ月程度の実務研修後にインド駐在になります。
インド市場を中心に、海外メーカーやグループ各拠点と連携しながら営業活動を行っていただきます。中華圏やASEAN、日本からの輸入販売を軸に、急成長するインド市場の中で顧客戦略を立案・実行していくダイナミックな業務です。文化や商習慣の違い、変化の激しい規制環境など難しさもありますが、それらに真正面から向き合うことで、高いコミュニケーション力と課題解決力を身につけることができます。
▼具体的には
・訪問・電話によるニーズヒアリングと提案、受注フォロー
・海外メーカー訪問や国内会議への参加
・グループ連携による顧客戦略の立案
▼取引先について
・日系（自動車・二輪・家電メーカー）が中心
・インド財閥系・ローカル企業への拡販も推進中
▼今後のミッション
・現地営業の推進（担当／マネージャー）
・ローカル営業支援および日本側との連携
・開発案件の推進・情報共有
