海外事業本部 海外事業部における海外子会社の管理担当として、海外赴任を前提としてご入社いただき、海外グループ子会社の管理業務（財務・経理・資金管理、プロジェクトの採算計算など）や特命案件（M＆A等）をお任せします。入社後（数か月～数年間）は日本国内で勤務いただきますが、適性、特性、希望等をよく確認した上で、いずれどこかのタイミングで海外赴任をお願いさせていただきます。どの地域・国をお任せするかは、これまでの経験や志向を踏まえて決定します。（アメリカ、オセアニア、東南アジア等）

Required Skills
【必須（MUST）】
・入社から一定期間経過後（数か月～数年間）に海外勤務のできる方
・ビジネス英語スキル必須。英語での会議、メールのやり取りなどができること。（目安：TOEICスコア730点以上）
・日本語が、読み・書き・会話ともにネイティブレベルであること。
・事業会社で計数管理業務（財務・経理・資金管理等の業務）経験を有していること。
【歓迎（WANT）】
・海外駐在経験、または日本での海外事業管理業務の経験があること
・専門分野の異なるメンバーで構成されたチームを率いてプロジェクト推進を行った経験があること
・英文財務諸表や英文契約を読解することに抵抗がないこと
・工場での製造原価業務経験を有していること。
