【JOB SUMMARY】
社内外へ向けた良質な企業広報活動を行うことで、企業ブランドの強化を図り、社会や人々から信頼され愛される企業になるために貢献いただきます。具体的には、リスク管理広報を通じたレピュテーションリスクの最小化、CSR活動など企業活動の認知拡大、ならびに米国親会社と連携した広報活動により、企業ブランドの向上やステークホルダーとの信頼関係を維持、強化する施策を企画し実行頂きます。
【ROLES RESPONSIBILITIES】
・コーポレートブランド「ユニバーサル・スタジオ・ジャパン」、企業の信頼性を高めるためのコミュニケーション戦略の立案及び推進
・報道メディア向けに発表会やセレモニーの企画開発、実行
・パーク内での報道メディア取材対応・アテンド
・メディアリレーション構築、露出最大化に向けた交渉・調整
・情報解禁戦略の設計、プレスリリースおよび各種コンテンツ作成
・リスクマネジメント・クライシスコミュニケーションの実行

・広報戦略構築および実務経験（外資系でも日系広報でも可）
特に戦略立案やプレスリリース作成、イベントの企画運営
・広報メディア対応・メディアリレーション経験
・マーケティング業務の経験

・PR会社もしくは、総合広告代理店のPRセクションでクライアント担当2～3年の経験
・チームマネジメント経験
・英語力中級程度（会話力）
・デジタル領域でのPR活動
・事業会社での広報PR経験（2～3年）
・デジタルメディアを活用したPR戦略立案、実行
