グループ全体の品質戦略と品質ガバナンスの企画と推進役を担い、グループ会社の品質活動の目指すべき姿を定義しつつ、必要な取り組みを企画し実行、推進していく。
具体的には、品質基準の遵守支援、品質KPIのモニタリング、グローバル人財ネットワークの構築、品質リスク管理の強化を担当する。
１．品質ガバナンスの推進：
PHCグループの目指すべき品質の定義や共通言語化をし、グループ全体に浸透させる。また必要に応じてグローバル品質戦略を策定し、実行、推進する。
２．品質KPIのモニタリングと支援：
品質KPIの策定・分析を通じてグループ全体の品質価値向上を図り、経営層や事業部門と連携しながら品質改善の意思決定を支援する。
３．グローバル品質ネットワークの構築：
グローバル拠点との情報共有・意識向上できる体制を構築し、ネットワークを通じたベストプラクティスの共有や問題解決を推進。
４．品質リスクマネジメント：
品質リスクの可視化と予防的対応策の提案。リスク管理業務を推進。
コンプライアンス問題の未然防止活動。
５．品質文化の醸成：
グループ会社の基盤となる品質文化を醸成し、各拠点が主体的に品質を向上させる仕組みを構築する。
■働き方
在宅勤務：あり、週1 2日は出社。入社後3か月間はオンボーディングのため原則出社。（入社後3か月間も都度相談可）
出張：あり
国内（群馬、松山、成田）月1回、1回あたり2 3日程度
海外（UK、インドネシアなど）四半期 半期に1回、1回あたり1週間程度
