・問い合わせ、依頼、変更作業、障害対応に関する課題/タスク/進行管理
・保守一覧、資産一覧、ライセンス一覧、構成情報等の管理台帳の整備・更新・棚卸し
・定型運用タスクの自動化、効率化の企画・推進
・運用品質向上、標準化、属人化解消に向けた継続的な改善活動

・Windows Server、Linux、Microsoft365、Azure、AWS等のいずれかに関する基礎的な知識/実務
・障害対応やトラブルシューティングに関する基礎的な理解/実務
・社内外関連部署との調整・コミュニケーション
