■業務内容：
難治疾患治療に対して高い有効性を有する、間葉系幹細胞等の研究開発業務を担当いただきます。具体的には、培地開発、セルベースアッセイの確立、共同研究のマネジメント、薬効薬理試験の立案と委託、大量培養技術の開発、エクソソーム研究開発などです。間葉系幹細胞の治療メカニズムの解明や、新規創薬シーズの発見・開発にも挑んでいただきます。

■必須条件：
・生物学・医学・薬学に関連する修士号もしくは博士号の学位を取得された方
・培養細胞を用いた機能解析（分子生物学・生化学）の研究に習熟された方
・Second authorあるいはそれ以降の論文がある方
■歓迎条件：
・First authorの論文がある方
・培養細胞を用いたバイオアッセイ研究のご経験がある方
・細胞の機能的分子の同定研究のご経験がある方
・RNA SeqなどのOmics解析に習熟されている方
・動物実験のご経験がある方
